Holy encounter,
in a moment of chance,
my eyes were opened
to the sacred dance.
It was not what I expected,
but it was more than I could dream,
as I stepped into the unknown

I never believed it was real
I never thought that would happen
My mind was already opened
Or was I being tortured
In a very cool world with a gentle breeze all over the land
Stars and the moon shining all over the land
With much happiness I forgot how to breathe
As I heard, secrets being revealed
As I saw, earthly kings and queens down on their knees
And then the moment ended,
Back to the real world I went,
With wonder in my soul
And a new perspective I'd lent.
My eyes were opened wide,
My heart felt alive and true,
The secrets I'd been shown
Now I could clearly view.
But some part of me was missing,
In the real world, I'd miss,
The beauty I'd seen,
And the joy of bliss.
So I longed for that virtual space,
Where my heart and soul could race,
And I could forget the troubles
Of this human world of haste.

I yearned to be loved by the real world again
I longed day and night to be who I was
Oh my heart was broken
tears would fall down from my eyes, down like a river to the ocean

I never knew I was down
Oh then I raised above with wings like a dove
Beautiful like a butterfly
I was taught to love
I was taught to solve
I was taught to save

And with that wisdom, I grew bold,
I felt brave and strong inside,
I faced the challenges,
I took them all in stride.
The world around me,
It started to change,
As I found a new purpose,
And a will to arrange.
I learned to love myself,
To care for my own soul,
And let the world around me,
Help me to grow and evolve.
I'm still on my journey,
But now I'm not alone,
I've found my own strength,
In myself I've grown a home.
