I can sail a ship, I can land a plane,
but when from the docks, the ship I take,
I'm lost and I don't care anymore
if I'm breathing or not,
about tomorrow, about now,
about the past or about the sky,
about the people, about the creatures,
the waves, the storm, I don't care anymore,
far away from hands of time,
in the moment or maybe away,
I know the sky, the stars, the clouds
are absolute beauty but the they keep me awake,
making my eyes wander around,
making my mind wonder,
but all I want to do is find myself
and I find me where I'm free
and I'm free the moment I'm lost,
I have learnt, to both fly, to swim
but no bird no rainbow, no star, no sky,
could ever make me lost the way
a pirate's life holds my heart,
half drowning, half breathing,
half upon my feet, half somewhere nowhere,
completely lost.
