it does not usually need words
it articulates it self
it does not go by any name other than that which the world is known all over the world.

It is usually piercing or distending
sometimes puncturing or bending
A times crushing or disfiguring
mostly it over loads or contorts.

The lighthearted cringe & cry
While the strong stiffen & swallow hard
Naturally you may experience your heart skipping beats
It makes you vulnerable that you can't hold on anymore
