I wrote this in 2016

Sitting silently in my own world with a chest so heavy
All the anger that's inside
All the anger that they know.
I knew that it was in there,
Somewhere peeking out
But how could I know,
What was coming next.
#Words that harmed.

The heaviness needs to leave I know, Forward i need to go.

Sitting here I ponder if i can trust again that such a harsh outburst wont happen...
