Douse all doubt, my friend,
For faith's your guiding pole,
And God's love a solid hold.
If care should cloud your mind,
And make your soul quite wan,
God's love will still stand firm and grand.
His word's a hidden key,
That opens doors unseen,
To grace and joy supreme.
So trust in Him, and pray,
No matter what you face,
He'll give you strength, with grace.


Though cares may fill your mind,
And make your soul a tomb,
God's love will set you free from gloom.
Though darkness threaten to descend,
And make your heart go numb,
God's love will make your spirit plumb.
And though the road may twist and turn,
And make your journey rough,
God's love will be your guiding light,
Your strength and guide enough.



His word's a hidden gem,
That gems your soul within,
A gem that brings sweet freedom from sin.
Though cares may fill your mind,
And make your spirit dim,
God's word will light your way from grim.
So seek His word and seek His face,
For in His love there's endless grace.



When life feels hard and days are long,
Don't give up, and sing this song:
"My hope is in the Lord above,
He'll give me strength, so swift and fleet,
To run the race of faith and love."
