Kaleidoscope
The sliver, silver moon,
Greets the sun at dawn,
Horizon, an aged stone-rune,
Painted pink, God-drawn.
The luminous circle, red-deep,
Kaleidoscope ‘cross surface-sea,
Growing orange, waking sleep.
Celestial bodies, pale yellow-white,
Spiritually spinning, I gravitate,
Tranquil motions, up-down in dark-light,
Weightlessly radiant, so early, it’s gotten late.
Closed eyes still see behind the veil,
That spectacular lit-violet color wheel,
Trace Earth’s edge; chase your spectral trail, I cannot yet reach you or know if it was real.
