How far away is Heaven?
Oh, how my soul is drained
My spirit fatigued and shaken
The weight of the world upon me
I wonder, is Heaven far from reach?
In this world of chaos and pain
I long for a place of peace
Where serenity reigns supreme
And all my worries cease
But as I gaze up at the sky
I can't help but question
How far away is Heaven?
Is it beyond my comprehension?
My tired feet have walked for miles
On this journey called life
And yet, I still feel lost
In this constant struggle and strife
I pray to the heavens above
For some sign, some direction
But all I hear is silence
In this moment of introspection
Perhaps Heaven is not a place
But a state of mind
Where we find solace and grace
In the midst of chaos and grind
For even though my spirit is drained
And my body fatigued
I find strength in my faith
And the love that it has besieged
So, how far away is Heaven?
I believe it is right here
Within our own hearts and souls
A sanctuary ever so near
And though this world may leave us drained
And our spirits fatigued
Let's hold onto the hope of Heaven
For it's a balm for the spiritually weakened.
