Her
Beneath the boundless sky's embrace,
Where heaven meets the earthen face,
There stands a truth, both firm and free,
In whispered winds, 'tis you and me.

"I will stand with you," so goes the vow,
Between the stars and furrows of the plow.
"I will tell you where you are," a guide so true,
In the maze of life, my heart finds you.

"Do you love me?" the question hangs,
A melody to which the cosmos sings.
"I love you," echoes through the space,
From the moment of the wall's grace.

Desperately, like the rose seeks light,
I've loved you through the day and night.
Without you near, the air grows thin,
I cannot breathe, for you live within.

"I love you, Eva," my soul's refrain,
In joy's bright peaks and sorrow's rain.
My heart, it calls, it sings your name,
In life's grand book, our love's the frame.

Simply talking, simply being,
An unconditional love, all-seeing.
In every step, in every part,
I love you with a ceaseless heart.
