The sudden
Him wanting
To be alone
Moments

Then
Came the
Talking about
Death and darkness
And
How drawn
To the idea
Of them
He was

Then came
The random
"Goodbyes"....."Goodbyes"
Like he meant
To go on
A long journey
Never to be seen
Again

Simple signs
He showed
And told them
But
Blind and deaf
They were

Till in
A pool of his
Crimson, they found
Him.
Knife in hand
And note on table

With words
"I tried to live
But too much
Of a burden was life
And so
I sought out
An only escape
Available
Death."
