I used to be an extremely introverted person, avoiding any social activities and unable to make eye contact. During the quarantine, when I left my school, my teacher called me, urging me to break out of my shell, leading me to change schools. My new school pushed me out of my comfort zone, making me participate in social activities and get used to eating in public spaces. While I still struggle to eat comfortably in public, looking back, I realize that I've broken some chains. Despite my lingering discomfort, I congratulate myself. 💗
