It seems yesterday,
When we had met in your birthday,
We had laughted our content out,
Completely unaware of the deadly shout.
Unknown of the demise's knock,
Which would leave everyone in a forever shock.

Death is a devastating news,
That comes without giving an excuse.
It takes the life of a near one,
And gives us substitute to it none.
Leaving with only the memories to make a smile,
As the person has gone away thousands of mile.

You are always revolving in my mind,
But when I turn back there is no one behind,
I know everyone has to surrender to their fate,
But I really miss those fight which I once used to hate,
It still seems yesterday when I had held your hand more than tight,
And you struggling in this death and life's fight.
I still remember every moment spent with you your last breath,
Until you were touched by the hushed death.
Because after that I had lost you,
A friend who was so true.
