I just wanted to share one of my poems from inside my mind when I tried. There shouldn't be a stigma but there is with suicide. I hope my words can show you why it shouldn't so you can help some out.)
No one knows the pain and struggles that the thing called depression that tries to hold me.
No one one sees the darkness that blankets our heart that makes us not want to breathe.
We want to shift the blame that its not you it is me....
