Even the sun has its shining moments and needs time to rest, just as we do in our lives.

Like the sun, we have moments when we need to shine, but we also seek refuge from burnout.

Psalm 19:1 - "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands."
The sun and the moon in our poem highlight the beauty of creation and the balance of energy in the cosmos.

"Even the sun seeks a shade."
Even those who shine can take a while to step back.

"Why burn out when you can shine bright?"
