ANGER
Anger is normal with PTSD and Trauma...Your anger is valid and very real indeed.......The task is to face one's own anger without letting it destroy you!!! One cannot simply vent one's anger and expect it to dissipate, for anger does not dissolve that way...You must face the core issue that causes anger to bubble up within, before it oozes out destructively towards others....
One must remember that every emotion in life teaches you something about yourself that you must know...Everyone gets so focused on striving for happiness that they are forgetting lessons that need be learned.......For if you only strive for happiness in your own life, you will inevitably miss out on all the best parts that life has to offer!!!
