EPIPHANY
"A father is a blessing" , they said,
I wouldn't know that I guess,
or perhaps I wanted to elude from that phrase
To let go of memories that stays.
From someone who clings to his photograph when she misses him,
To someone who was relieved "He's gone ", for good.
How adorable and beautiful must it be to have a father
and yet
How regretful and bitter it is for someone to have one.
It was unjust to face hatred for something you haven't done,
or maybe how fair it is now to eventually comprehend why it had begun.
