At noon sitting on the terrace under the harshness of the scorching sun.
The sun showed no mercy on me as I sat firmly unperturbed waiting if I could get a glimpse of you.
Even when the flowers surrendered to the toture of the sun I sat still.
I threw caution to the wind.
Tamed my fear, doubt's and misgivings, Hoping you would remember all the love promises and obsessions we had for each other.
Even though I knew you had grew wild and I was only whirling away time.
I still waited trying to be optimistic.
But little did I know that thinking you would come to me just as old times,
I was just being oblivious.
It was late when reality dawned on me and I had already gotten burnt from the harshness of the rays and soaked with due from the sky.
Then I realized that you had gone too far to come back to me and you had lost the piety you once had for me.
