Aeroplane
I ain't have to worry.

Because I will fly like an aeroplane.

My wings will reach above the skies,

Like outstretched hands wanting to grasp

On opportunities.

My engines will roar with the anger

Of my people.

And my satisfaction will be pleasant like

That of reaching your destination.

But yet, I think I do need to worry.

Because when those storms hit,

Lightning will crash my propellers

And send my self esteem down along

With it.

The thunder of the voices of the oppressed

Will hit my heart as I scream along with

Them.

And when the storm finally ends,

So will the reign of those who look down upon us.

We are strong,

We are the minority,

But we are the majority that hurts,

That cries,

That pains.

And we will change that.
