I caught a few stars
and put them in a bottle;
not random stars
but ones that remember us
from our lives past.

They told me we belong,
belong here,
belong together;
so I caught them
and put them in a bottle.

I did it so you'd believe,
believe in us,
in the stars, in fate;
but you didn't,
so I let them out.

And in return,
they blessed me.
I can now forget,
you, us, and everything in between.
Oh, what paradise that will be!
