Some days I don't want to feel and handle
But life whispers feelings fears upheaval
I want to escape and run, and I run and run
Life started chasing me like it's having some fun
The escalator of life pausing midway between floors
How could I access the view when I closed all the doors
Sometimes I want to be numb and dumb to everything
But life pinches me to sense and reveal my
feelings
You never know when you need a shoulder to weep
Or an arm that keeps you warm and upbeat
Life pauses pushes cradles and sometimes soars you high
You just go with the flow and feel the earth and the skies.....
