Urban Serenade
#CityLifeVerse
In the city's pulse, a heartbeat loud,
Where steel and glass wear a smoky shroud,
Beneath the hum of the ceaseless crowd,
Life spins its tales, both fierce and proud.
Neon lights in the midnight rain,
Footsteps echo, a fleeting train,
Amidst the rush, in the bustling vein,
Hidden gems of peace remain.
A saxophone’s cry on a corner street,
The smell of bread, the warmth of heat,
In alleys where day and night meet,
Moments of beauty, swift and sweet.
Skyscrapers reach for the sky,
Yet in the cracks, small flowers lie,
Reminding all who wonder why,
In chaos, silent wonders sigh.
Here, life’s a dance, a constant flow,
Of hurried steps and lights aglow,
In every face, a tale we know,
In chaos, unexpected beauty grows.
