(sorry I haven't posted in a while) EXPOSE (read "Baby Steps" first)
The girl's
Ribbon on her dress
Jiggled and
Jangled as
The girl shivered.

Her anxiety was
Stopping her
From trying
Out the
Baby steps on
The ladder.

She needed
To have
Exposure
To these
Very complicated
Things.

This poem
Is about
How the girl
Faced the first
Step
On her ladder.

The girl,
Whose worries
About noises
Erupt often,
Got a big,
Juicy plum
From a bowl.

She walked around
Her house,
Waiting for noises to
Be heard...

CHOMP!

A noise was heard.

Though there was a noise,
The noise was supreme and exciting
To the girl,
For she had eaten
Her big,
Juicy plum.

ACHOO!

A noise was heard.

Though there was a noise,
The noise didn't stop
The girl from taking
One last bite.

PLOOF!

A noise was heard.

Though there was a noise,
The noise was happy!

The plum was now gone.
Hooray!

The girl had eaten the plum,
Completing
The first step
On that
Baby step
Ladder.

The anxiety was gone,
Draped away
In the curtain
Of long-lost
Loneliness.
Good!
The anxiety didn't
Want to be found.
So...
Good!
