Elements in Concert
There once was a world so fine and fair,
Where I, Mother Nature, held four elements with care:
Fire, Water, Wind, and Dirt did dance,
Each playing a part in life's grand advance.
With the human heart as their snare,
Together we'd weave quite the pair,
Fire's warm embrace in the cold winter's snare,
Water to quench every thirst,
Wind whispering secrets with each leaf's dare,
Dirt as the bed where the seeds would dare.
In the dawn, "Where is your flame?" I'd inquire,
Fire would roar...
