The Unknown Road
Took the unknown road,
Not sure where it leads to,
Seems anyone, everyone had walked by,
It was quatern miles, I assume,
Where affability overspill,
As at that trice,
Flickering stars were enormous.
Standing along,
With souls of the fallen,
that took the unknown road,
I glanced towards the entrance,
Quatern miles back, I assume,
Crestfallen, aghast with remorse,
Never had taken the unknown road,
I sag.
