Echoes of the pertubed
There are two ways, says the aube
Why not any pavé to lead me blithe
Should I really go that far
To choose a sombre path?
Why are they always the murky ones
Why not the lucid dawn
Why not like a doll house anymore
Once my refuge, now crumbles sore
Why the floors are sunken now
Which was once beaming tough
Now feels as ghastly as gehenna
It's flames licking the edges
It's not easy, like bairn ages
Not the toy box whispers
More labrynthine and forlorn
The load is too heavy to bear
Heedless of our desire's sheer
