Dust Bunny
Dust bunny, dust bunny,
Do you even squeak?
No hop in your step or sound when you speak.
Hiding in the corner out of sight, in a crevice.
A true loner, society your menace.
Hide away, hide away to one's own dismay.
Missing the sun and no one with whom to play.
Solitude, sweet, solitude is a dust bunny's home.
Invisible in peace does a dust bunny roam.
Note: This poem is a re-used old work that I posted years ago. I'm still proud of those two and would like to review them.
