Unexpected moments
come our way.
As we call to mind,
the memories
of our yesterdays.

They can vary
in their moods.
As they go
from good to bad.

With the feelings
each one brings,
can leave us happy
or leave us sad.

The heart expresses
what it feels,
inside it’s walls
of love.

Sometimes
frustration
and confusion,
can spin that wheel
oh, so much.

Creating such
a bumpy ride.
Through those,
unexpected
times in life.

There are
those moments to.
When we just want
to sing and dance.
During those
moments,
that life brings.

We come to learn
and understand,
Just how,
those feelings are.

Those feelings
that live,
so very deep.
Within each
moment,
that life brings.
