Everyone prayed to see a falling star so that their wishes come true
But how much it pained to the sky nobody knew
One by one every single star fell
The sky looked like the church without its bell
They wished for more stars as the wishes never end
As wants are never satisfied no matter how much you spend
The sky asked how much you want from me
Can you ever be satisfied how selfish you can be
They said just to look gorgeous you want your stars
We want to fulfill our wishes to repair scars
The sky looked empty without its spark
It look like a tree without leaves and just bark
They asked does wish come true even if the moon falls down
The sky understood that is nothing but a greedy town
