Filtering rays of sunshine,
Brighten up my day,
My heart swells with hope and pride,
Keen for the glories coming my way...

Those who walk under you,
To the office,
To the mall,
To various places of lush as well...

Not too hot,
Ever so bright,
Ever so gently,
Caress the skin of the lot...

Do not gloom,
Be of good cheer,

To give and spread hope to the lots who walk under you,
Until the time to give way to the moon and stars.
