Life can squeeze and cramp us tight,
With unwanted deeds that don't feel right,
Amidst the chaos of those on top,
We struggle to find our own sweet spot.
We put on a brave face and walk with pride,
Even if our dreams don't quite coincide,
But let's not fool ourselves, my friends,
Is it our ego or our true selves we defend?
Don't stay up in the clouds of doubt,
Plant your feet on the ground, no need to pout,
The road ahead may be a long climb,
But a solid base will help you shine.
Lead not just to win, but to show the way,
Be a guide for others to seize the day,
Break free from the shackles that bind,
Freedom awaits, it's time to unwind.
Speak with words that resonate and heal,
Lead with empathy and help others feel,
It's not just a victory that we seek,
It's the liberation of those who feel weak.
