Him and Her
He was sitting on the bench
With his strawberry and milky eyes.
Even though he smiled, you could read between the lines
The pain and the fame
That's what he thought made a good grind
She was the prettiest thing he had seen.
She had scars, scars covered by her pale skin.
He felt happy and complete.
What a frail thing
He had seen the world end even before it could begin,
It was all in her eyes, oblivion in disguise
Till he saw this damsel walking down the aisle
At one touch,their heart collided.
She felt high, like it was paradise.
Then suddenly,
She cried, wondering if this would last
Or if it was just a lie
He sighed
As she woke up to reality
Reality of a world where only he existed
But his thoughts persisted
for it was only there they both existed.
