The Fire of Faith
I feel a fire burning deep inside of me,
It's been there ever since I can remember, difficult for others to see.
It's the flame that urges me to reach for the sky,
Every breath gives me the passion and confidence to take chances and continue to try.
This fire, fueled by dreams and aspirations, guides me through the darkness, where shadows spread.
It pours light on the path I have chosen to tread.
With every challenge, it grows stronger, fueling my determination to succeed and rise.
Through the endless struggles and challenges I endured, this fire in my spirit will never die.
The fire in me persists, for it whispers courage when doubts arise.
It gives me comfort whenever it hears my cries.
It increases my strength as it burns away my fears
And Promising that there will be no more tears.
I will let this fire take me through the rest of the way.
For I know, in this short life, it won’t ever lead me astray.
