take a shower
you cry and you sleep
for a few hours
or even a few days
and you eat everything
that's in your fridge
and then maybe
you cry a little bit more..
Then you look around
and realise that
the world hasn't ended
the buildings are still standing
the people are still living
and even badly surviving!
Now that's where
you get off of your bed
you put on your best clothes
and go out and live..
