Story of an introverted teen
I live in a world inside my head,
A world where I can say whatever,
A world where I can do anything,
A world where I am number one.
That world is all in my head,
I can't speak up even when I want to,
I can't do what I want unless I'm forced to,
It feels like my mouth is taped and body, tied.
I watch others take the glory for what I did,
I watch them achieve greatness,
They get praises, encouragement and goodwill,
And I seat here as an audience to their show.
I am an introvert,
I can't speak up when I want to,
I can't be who I want to,
I can't be the main heroine to the drama of life.
Some may think I'm an extrovert,
Others may think I'm just quiet,
Others may think I'm full of no worry at all,
Only I know how introverted I really am.
