constraints
my heart bleeds rust covered nails
embed themselves in the wooden walls
surround me and my life, restraining,
I am held down, cuffs around my arms
flailing in the air as I freefall far down
is the only way I can go, up is not an option
is something I seek, freedom of choices
have been my downfall, my doom
awaits me at every turn.

every line begins with the last word of the previous line...
