I think I have found

The statue disease,caused from genetics,you'll go through hell as your body freezes,
Your life ,because of that,will be teared to pieces,
hunger and thirst also,
your stomach empty and your ribs clearly seen,including your poking- out bones,
And did I say thirst?
Because I should have ,its much worse.
And one,horrible fear of mine,
5 billion years from now,the sun will explode,
wiping out the earth with it,our bodies left to decompose.
