Her Horizon
A wreath of mist swirled up the far, thin air
wilted foliage stirred around glinting reservoir,
As her ankle string portrait prismatic horizon
a mournful hum of zephyr recited languid metaphors

Nimbostratus torn asunder as its
tears kisses her drifting gaze -
overwhelming strife soliloquy pallid lies
In a hypnotic hues of the sky

The dying light of her beam
harmonising remnant dreams
Which lay atop of autumn dew,
Sung rhythmic pain of her heartache.

Alas!beneath her gaze there lies the poet,
And solitude from yesternight(s)
