the sun is setting
the stars are falling
I'm all alone lost in my thoughts
the emotions I've fought
the memories that rot
but I can't forget at the top hill
those days that time still
a part of lingered with me
'just get out of my head' I plead
I checked my phone
remembered your ringtone
those days you were on a throne
I'm sorry I am, i hated those words
i wanted you to stay away but somehow
I still wanted your love back
in a matter of fact I was lost
I wouldn't ever budge because I always
knew that I would remember our love
because you were always just a dove
and now were back, striving,fighting
taking on the world with our lighting love
I'm not going anywhere, and no one gets to share
I'll wait for you till the very end.🖤
