just another case of writers block,

where did I go wrong?
or where did I go right?
to be up here writing poetry tonight,

tho writing implies that we are making progress,
writers block tells me I'm we're in circles within the mess,
so tick tock,
tock,
tock,
tock,

stuck just like the words with writers block,
writers block, how can I relate you?
let me see,
it's just like ... writers block,
no metaphors make it through the barricade see?

so another terrible poem for you on another Friday night,
another chance to read through a badly worded writers fight,
another poem unfit for my anthology,
another fourth wall broken, whoops silly me,

was that actually breaking the fourth wall?
who knows,
correct word use is for poets without writers block,
not me
