Knowingly red is the colour of purity,love and devotion
Then why people treat this red colour
As a 'taboo'I can't even understand.

As we get a normal cut and it bleeds
Periods are also natural process like this
Every month we undergo intense pain
We just need little attention,some care and love in this vain.

Stop making fun,when you see the stain
We bleed every month
So as to increase our descent
If you can help,then help but don't blame.

Living in this 21st century
Still people aren't comfortable talking about this
Even though some girls also feels shy
I don't know why?

Still in India there are many men are unaware about this.Many girls don't use sanitary napkins.Because of improper sanitation,many women loses their life.There's lots of lack of awareness is there in this society.People don't feel comfort about talking this. Can't understand why? It's a humble request, please stop treating periods as a 'taboo'. It's a natural process,gifted by God we can't do anything.So,be in comfort with it.'Respect women,Respect periods.'
