The water moves gently across the setting skies,
As the wind blows freely calming her Fragile mind.
Thinking only of him & all the memories they've shared,
She gives off a smile, because his love is so rare.
The sun glistens upon her bright hazel-green eyes,
His absolute favorite feature of her beautiful disguise.
She adored him for all that he helped her to be,
She found her eternal love, he's all she could ever need.
She smiles & glances at the sun dancing across the water,
Soon he'll be with her & the wait will be over.
But until the day she's in his arms once again,
She'll sit by the water embracing the wind.
For it reminds her that true love knows no end,
And destiny is determined before it ever begins.
