Why are there so many psychos out there killing innocent men and women Including children?!!

The cops keeps arresting them and arresting them but there's still a lot
more!! Why can't we get rid of them all?!!

It really breaks my heart to see and hear innocent men and women and especially Little children being murdered by these thugs!!

What is have with their mental state?!!
This is really a disgrace!!
I hate seeing and hearing this time after time after time!!
