Daydream

A castle by the sea
With a window just for me
A swing in my yard
To reach the stars
This is my daydream.

I sit by my window and dream
Of quieter times, of peaceful times
Of spending my days watching the waves
Of spending my nights watching the stars
I dream for me, I dream for my family

I daydream of success
I daydream of fortune
I daydream of a house
I daydream of a simpler life

For now it is a daydream, but not forever.
