Smowflake
Looking through the window,
Admiring the snowfall,
Nothing else catches my attention ,
Except the snowy panorama.
Stepping out of the four walls,
Wanting to catch a snowflake,
Failing everytime,
Makes me wonder why can't I?
As if time has stop.
As if no one knows I exist.
Alone here sauntering between the wintery day and night,
I stare aimlessly at the horizon.
Somewhere between the white scenery,
When I spot your freezing face,
I couldn't help but smile.
Fast I run towards you to give you my warm hug ,but why can't I hug you.
You ignored me and disappeared between the four walls,
And there I saw you weeping holding my photo close to your heart.
That's when I realized,
Why the snowflake slipped out of my hand.
