A POEM FOR SOMEONE
You're whooping it up
While I'm eroding down
You're on cloud nine
While I'm under the dark cloud

Being followed by a black dog
And running on a hamster wheel
You knew I swear to keep it lit
But there's no fuel left in the tank

So I started to venture into the dark
But you never left me in the trail
Your smile lighted up the dark mists
And you served as my guiding light

Then I saw my sunshine on you
I found a brand new sunrise
And not to be afraid of sunset
Cause it never symbolizes goodbye

Surely your joy isn't contagious
And can't make me grow back flowers
But now I painted out every reasons
To thrive longer in my deserted land

You may not a hero flying around
Nor I'm waiting to be saved by you
But thank you for passing by
And thank you for saving me
