A beautiful friend who passed away
I think about you each and everyday
you made me smile & you made me cry
you broke my heart the day you died.
I cried for days and weeks at a time
you passed away while living your prime
so lovely you were when you were sick
I fell for you and I knew your tricks.
You passed away in your sleep with love
a precious angel in the Heavens above
the Sun would quickly turn to dust
I'd look at the world with so much lust.
We fell in love when things were cool
back at a time when I was the fool
you passed away while I struggled alone
dying in a place you called your home.
