Why is it that the things you try to do to please others?always tends to backfire you ............At least try to to applude their hard work, even if it is a very minute thing .Do you know how hurt they feel when you just try to over look at their hard work & instead scold them for doing that thing.Why ?Try not to make them depressed and hopeless by your indirect action. Instead try to praise them ,encourage them for their hard work.By doing so you will not only make them happy &proud but will also encourage & give them will power to do better in life .So think before you pass a remark to others before it backfires you.
