A late summer breeze
on a late summer day.
Cicadas sing of its passing!
With a shake in the wind even leaves seem to know.
A wave goodbye to summer?
The grass is brown on the top of the hill,
seen by withering Sunflowers with heads too weak to hold up.
The lateness of the summer is upon us.
