ROAINA
She's the gentle wind from the east,
When you are in the field of daisies.
A kite of dreams,
Where I can feel the love beneath my wings,
Her embrace and guidance,
Are as clear as the weekend's sun.
Wider than the horizon,
Greener than the grassland.
I know sometimes I feel lost and weary,
But she told the clingy fairies to dance with me.
I was lost in the colors of rainbows,
Infatuated by the butterflies and yellows.
She knew my hues and bruise,
She's always there even though my world is bemused.
I try and try to fly
As high as she painted my blue sky.
Though I fell so many times,
Into her barehand, I sounded like a chime.
The flying hand-bat in the morning
Is endlessly and forever be living.
Will be cherished, written on my palm
And I will play it again and again
when I have my own good son.
