MAN IN THE DESERT
Weather was harsh and more then worse
But he kept walking putting all his trust
On the God he abided last and first

Longing desperately for a drop of wet
Drowning in the river of his own sweat
Unblessed from blessings he was once blessed
Searched here and there for a shelter to get

He bended on his knees
Looked towards the sky
Tears started gushing from his eye
He then prayed with a tongue so dry
And uphigh was heard his painful cry
Of man in the desert near to die

Suddenly voice of bird striked his ear
He then followed the fowl
Hoping a miracle to appear
His eyes then witnessed a thing so rear
A shadowy canyon with water so clear
He thanked his God right up there
For he had listened a dying ones prayer
