My life is an open book,
That led me through every nook,
And every corner of discovery,
Of life's long journey

If I go by my book page by page,
I find myself on the world stage,
Yearning for peace and harmony,
As the Creator to create this world into a better place.

My strife for tranquility finds its ways,
In nurturing this universe to bring forth the best of days,
Only peace begets peace as the age old wisdom says,
So freedom from turmoil for the human existence my heart prays.

As I turn the pages of my book,
My violent past disturbs me as someone crook,
Yes, past shapes the future in the journey of life I took,
So to harmony and peace I am always hook.

As I tear the pages of turbulent past in my book,
I take a glance and have a last look,
Indeed I have searched every corner every nook,
Peace is the only solution to the problems which had this world shook.

Going through the yellow pages of my book,
This was a fact which I never mistook,
Yes, how important is peace for meandering through internal discovery,
On this travel path called the life's journey.
